"The property is in a great spot. Outdoor amenities are good, with 2 pools and plenty of space with chairs. There used to be a small outdoor bar but that was gone. Price is comparable to other places nearby. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. No complaints. Right on the beach. Room faced the Gulf with a balcony. That was nice."

"Overall nice hotel, however for the price I expected better. Beds were not comfortable at all. Abbreviated maid service was an issue. The balcony was sandy, the humidity left the floor/feet damp so every time we went out there, we tracked sand in which ended up on beds, one of which was changed once in the 5 days, the other not at all. That said, the room was a neat set up with bathroom in middle, dividing the space into two bedroom areas. The pool was beautiful as was outdoor area with fire pits. Beach beautiful but bring your own chairs unless you want to rent 2 for $60/day. You will also be charged for parking; started to feel a bit "nickel & dimed'. Breakfast was very nice. We did not eat at the onsite restaurants, menu did not appeal to us. I liked the hotel but am uncertain if I would stay again."

"Carpets were very dirty. The whole floor was dirty, didn't seem like they vacuumed at all. The sheets were clean, but that was about it. Every surface seemed like it needed to be wiped down. And it wasn't, we got the hot tub suite and the jets worked fine. The paint was chipping on the bottom of the tub, but it wasn't really an issue. I had to wear socks everywhere.Because it was gross, our feet were getting nasty.Just walking around the room"

"Room was very nice and clean. We had a balcony that faced the pool and beach. Food was offered in the restaurant, but we always ate out because there are excellent places to eat just across the street within walking distance. Hotel provides towels for pool and beach if needed. Umbrellas and chairs are on the beach that can be rented by the day or hour. We drove so we brought our own. The white quartz sand beach is amazing and you will burn easily. Have plenty of sunscreen. Outdoor pool was OK. There is an indoor pool also. Great fire pit with swings and games like corn hole, ping pong, and a few other games are around the pool. There is a nice tiki bar close to the pool. Lot of just couples and a lot of families. Something for everyone. We did Destin and Pensacola and the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola was my favorite."
