"Friendly staff, check in was straightforward and they let my group store our extra bags with them til our check in time. Only downside is the area it is in was a bit dirty and there were homeless people around (I went to the Taco Bell across the street and a homeless man threw a cup of iced water at a girl) So just have caution while walking around the area "

"The pros; convenient location off the highway mattress was comfortable. they were very good at accommodating me in my request for a ground floor unit. They only had a handicap room available. The room looked like it had seen better days. It smelled of stale cigarettes and there was just a cold feeling about the room, but the mattress was very comfortable and that’s what I needed was a good night sleep I had come in early evening and left the very next morning The cons; very rundown property. It was a motel six at some point, but they locked the friendliness you would find in similar accommodations. "

"GREAT VIEW, very nice house with great decor, and many personal touches. Great kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. however there are few things we like to point out: 1. if you need help, you are dealing with AI !!! 2. the fancy coffee / barista Breville espresso machine did not work until we completely cleaned up the messes from previous renters. we watched utube clips how to work this machine ! 3. in the first night (at 10.30pm) my husband had to run back to the grocery store and buy more/ extra toilette paper that we would have enough for the next morning ! the cleaning service was not doing their jobs ! 4. the upstairs bedroom had security issues. the door to the upstairs balcony only closed - locking up securely was not possible. 5. one more : we rented the house for 6 days and we found only 2 tabs of dish washing detergents. this is not enough if there are 6 people for 6 days in the house! cleaning crew should do a better job! we paid a fairly steep price for renting and for cleaning services ! we LOVED the view of the entire Bay, beautiful to sit in the dining area and living room and to enjoy the fireworks for 4th of July on the top balcony, too. "
