Will definitely be staying again

Management is amazing. Clean comfortable bed, clean hot shower, and convenient location in dowtown frankfort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time i am in town for work. Highly recommend for anyone who cant afford the overpriced hotels of Lafayette and needs a comfortable place to stay

This a trash place ran by trash the rooms stinks very old furniture and hard prison beds if you smoke please smoke it out you get what you pay for

The property has been kept up. Have to call a number, tell them you are there, wait for them to come unlock lobby to check in. If you ask for a late check out, they only allow til noon.

This place should be demolished.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cigarette burns on the blankets, dead roach in a glue trap under the sink, microwave that barely worked, shady people staying there, loud people. I would never go back there.

Our Room, At Least, Needed A Little Attention

There were cigarette burns in the comforters--clearly a problem from previous guests, but we never should have been aware of it; they should have been replaced. Also, the hair dryer was not in proper working order...and neither was the sink drain. A replacement and a couple repairs would really make for considerable improvements.

Look elsewhere for accommodations..

My stay with a friend at Travel Inn & Suites was Mediocre..Accommodations were fine..More than acceptable..Check in process went smoothly..We were booked in room 113..Our neighbors, a large family were in 112..They were living there on a more permanent basis & had turned their room into an apartment..The hotel manager had NO BUSINESS doing this..He helped turned our stay into a nightmare..We were off to the see the Indianapolis 500 the following morning. We got MAYBE 4 hours of sleep Saturday night into Sunday morning. Our neighbors in 112 were loud & noisy thru 1am..We also requested a 4am wake up call..That NEVER HAPPENED as well..MY ADVICE?? LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR ACCOMMODATIONS Our stay at Travel Inn & Suites was VERY DISAPPOINTING...

Booking request not honored

Motel did not honor a request for downstairs room only which was places at booking. This request was made at booking. Clerk was rude and unhelpful. As a person unable to use stairs, I had to take what they had or lose my funds. Will not be back. i do routine business in town and they will nit see anymore of my money. They knew they had no ground floor rooms and should have made that clear prior to arival.

Just altogether not a nice place to stay at all.

It was disgusting, it smelt in the room, the neighbors on both sides were fighting All throughout the night and early in the morning till they finally woke me up at like 6:00 AM. A lot of drug deals going on that I saw which was very disturbing. Just altogether not a nice place to stay at all. Definitely will never go back there ever!
