I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice. The only complaint I would have is every shower should have handrails. It was in the middle of construction, so maybe the next time I stay it will be even better!

My family and I recently stayed at Townhouse Suites and had a total of four rooms booked. While the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean, we encountered several maintenance issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Two of the rooms had air conditioners that did not work properly, leaving them warm and stuffy. Two other rooms had problems with the door locks, which didn’t latch securely and raised safety concerns. Additionally, one of the rooms had a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor each time it was used.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is off the main shopping area on South St, probably not a bad thing as traffic can be hectic on that road. Free breakfast is good. It is a bit far from Purdue. There are not that many places to eat nearby.

We had a great stay! The kitchen in the room had everything you could ever need. You’re able to borrow games and whatever else you may need! Clean room and they had a snack section by the front desk for when you get late night cravings. The pool was a decent size and was decently clean. The fitness center looked good. Free weights, treadmills and one other thing I think. No towels were out to use by the pool though :/ I really enjoyed my time here and plan on staying again when I’m in town to visit family!

Mostly Great

Check in hostess was friendly and gave us a free upgrade. She was terrific! Breakfast was beyond expectations! Delicious variety. The wait staff kept everything hot and filled. Pool and hot tub were not open and in working order. We did choose this hotel in part so we could hot tub. This was disappointing. Front desk gal said we could go down the street to their other hotel, Comfort Inn, and use their hot tub. We chose not to do that in November.

Update the place

Check in was good. The room needs to be updated. The dining table laminate was coming off, wobbly and chipped chairs. Table lamp had no nut to keep the shade on. Bedroom table also had the laminate coming off. Luckily the bed was very comfortable. Most likely will not stay here again

The room size was adequate, but the furnishings are starting to show their age. The in room dishwasher leaked and even though we reported it twice, it was never fixed. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room every other day, but we needed to go out into the hall at 4:30 pm to ask the housekeeper to clean our room, when we had requested it to be done in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of proteins, fruit, bread, and drinks. We checked out a few days early because of the shortcomings, and the GM apologized and offered us free nights at a later date, which we appreciated.
