"Hotel Adalbert is a gem. An old monastery so an imposing building set in beautifully maintained grounds. Tram 22 from across the road will take you to the Old Town in 15 - 20 minutes. My room was immaculately clean with lovely old beams and breakfast was good with lots of choice."

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Lovely location next to the monastery with beautiful views over Prague and several excellent restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the patio was a great spot for coffee or cocktails. Friendly, helpful staff. Slightly outside Old Town, but Tram 22 stops nearby, and it's an easy walk to the castle, cathedral, and city center. Not your typical chain hotel. Would highly recommend."

"The room was so small that the bed barely fit in it. The bathroom was about as big as a bathroom in an airplane about 20 minutes after I checked in, I decided I could not stay there. There was no refrigerator. There was nothing in the room our air-conditioning. The window didn’t open so when I went to check out, they refuse to give me a refund and then threw my receipt at me and told me to get the f out that’s how mature they were when they asked me why I didn’t want to stay and I told him all...

"Just a brilliant stay; wonderful staff, went out of their way to help. Amenities were clean and upgraded. My room was at the top of the house so I had a small patio garden to sit in. Probably the only thing was it was rather hot in the establishment due I believe to the heat emanating from the beer spas etc for customers in the lower level. The Spa Hotel itself was in a PERFECT position; for getting to old town on foot, crossing the river, night life, hop on hop off cruises, wonderful...
