"The hotel had ignored the owners/property manager's instructions to clean before our arrival and when we arrived, we were greeted with a filthy apartment with moldy food and wet, smelly towels. It was a total disaster from the previous tenants. Our two young grandchildren were tired and had nowhere to calm down. It was a fight until the hotel cleaned the place."

"Probably the best stay in Israel! It is not a hotel but a private house. The host is a perfect communicator, and charming. The property is super clean, with a lot of fresh air. It was a very nice but short stay on our travel to Beersheba. It is relatively close to the airport."

"The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "

"Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic. The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It felt like no one cared. Our room was dirty and smelled awful. It was far from the clean, comfortable stay we expected. The only positive thing I can mention is that the outdoor areas of the hotel look nice. Beyond that, this was not a pleasant experience at all, and I would not recommend this hotel."
