We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. Very clen and a nice balcony. It was a bit small, but much bigger than where we had briefly stayed before going there. But we booked very much at the last minute and we liked it. We would like to come again and book a larger apartment. There is no air con, but we had two plug in fans that we had bought with us, so those and the balcony door being left open when we were there , was fine.

The closeness to the beach is great. The appartement is clean, but the complex as a whole has seen better days. You might expect a bit more beauty and comfort for such a high price.

Small & a bit tired but clean; great beach access

We have just returned from a four night stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence Bleu at Lacanau Ocean. My husband, our dog and I stayed in a ground floor one bedroom apartment. It was very small, dark and very tired though clean and well organised. We found no access to the wifi and had to contact reception during its very limited hours; we were told we needed to have a ‘wifi box’ to access it and had to go to reception to pick it up. Once obtained it worked well. I would have appreciated being told of this at check in and been offered the dongle. During our stay the dishwasher stopped working and I was able to report it to reception through their online messaging system. It was replaced within hours without any fuss which we appreciated. The beach access was great, a path led out the back of the complex to the coast path. I think if one was aware of the downsides the accommodation was alright though I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or stay again myself. Perhaps a unit higher up would have made a difference?

Un super séjour très très près de l'océan , un accueil chaleureux des notre arrive , un texto pour nous signifier que notre logement etait pret en avance , les logement sont a peine a 500 M du village, du coup nous n'avons pas touche a la voiture de la semaine (parking payant en ville) et puis le bord de mer a faire a pied est magnifique au bord de l'ocean. n'hesitez pas reservez des aujourdh'ui votre logement les pieds dans l'eau

Tout simplement exceptionnel

Tout simplement excellent les apparts sont bien tenus et bien équipées ( la vaisselle réfrigérateur plaque de cuisson ainsi que toute la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine dont on a besoin ) le rapport qualité-prix pour ce genre de logement et tout à fait excellent ! j'ai vraiment passé un très très bon séjour !

Même en février, l'océan c'est le pied.....

la facilité d’accès, la plage au pied de la résidence, le calme, tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. 5 mns à pied en longeant la plage pour rejoindre le centre-ville et les rues commerçantes. Parfait.

Agréable séjour reposant et vivifiant

Agréable séjour de 3 nuits sur un week-end fin Août. Appartement conforme aux photos. Propre, lumineux avec une grande terrasse et suffisant pour 3 personnes sachant qu'en bordure de plage, on vit peu dans l'appartement. Vue sur le parking et l'océan. Immeuble calme et très silencieux. Il faut dire que la période choisie correspondait à la fin des vacances scolaires, à voir en pleine saison. Personnel très accueillant et n'est pas avare en conseils. Les piscines ont de bonnes proportions pour faire des longueurs ou pour les plus petits barboter. La plage (avec ou sans surveillance) est à 2 mn à pied et la résidence est bien située, tout se fait à pied, les restaurants les plus proches sont à moins de 300 m, boulangerie et supermarché idem. Le seul hic concerne les places de parking qui sont vite prises par les Girondins le week-end pour aller surfer facile d'être à 2 mn de la plage ! Dommage que le parking (attitré à la résidence) ne soit pas avec digicode et barrière ce qui serait plus facile pour se garer. Néanmoins pas d'utilisation de la voiture pendant 2 jours, le 3ème balade à Arcachon et au retour, question posée : allons-nous trouver une place ? Étant fin Août, donc moins de monde, les difficultés ont été moindre mais en pleine saison, cela doit être compliqué. Autre petit point négatif : les oreillers qui devraient être remplacés car trop mous mais en mettant 2 l'un sur l'autre, ça va. Bien vu le kit ménager offert évitant d'amener éponge et produits ménagers.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super und die Ausstattung, sogar mit Spülmaschine ist auch gut. Die Betten sind vielleicht ok für kleine Franzosen, aber mein Mann und mein Sohn, beide über 1,90 m groß brauchen größere Betten, um bequem zu schlafen. Überhaupt ist es schwierig im Doppelbett zu zweit zu schlafen, wenn man größer, als 1,80 ist. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm im Ort Lacanau-Ocean ging oft bis Mitternacht und war bis zur Anlage zu hören. Das fand ich störend,da bis dahin keine Ruhe war. Ansonsten hat mir die Anlage gut gefallen.

Bonjour mon séjour a été désastre grâce à Pierre et vacances on m'a donné un logement en rez-de-chaussée où ça sentait mauvais les égous et les poubelles ce n'était pas du tout ce quond me proposais sur Internet de plus j'avais un couchage pour trois personnes alors que j'étais quatres mais ça on me l'a dit après que j'ai Payer je suis allé demander à la direction la direction de changer contre un appartement libre en Face de la mère mer avec balcon on ne m'a même pas rappelé alors qu'il y avait des appartements de libre j'ai cru que j'étais logé par le SAMU social mr séniguer bruno

Beaucoup trop de choses a revoir!!! Décevant dans l'ensemble... radiateurs,volets, eau chaude, bruyant, odeur particulière dans les couloirs,extérieur pas entretenus et pour clôturer le tout un espace de jeux enfant extérieur pourrit voir même dangereux. C'est inadmissible de venir avec un enfant a cette endroit alors que nous avons payé le plus cher des chambres pour avoir un minimum de classe!!!!

Sandstrand war sehr mit Bauschutt, Betonresten und Mauersteine verdreckt. Lacanau sollte das Geld für die Taxe auch einsetzen zur Erhaltung der Natur! Personal war sehr nett, Residenz unweit zum Strand. Leider war mein Balkon Nordseite , nie Sonne. Sonst super , sogar deutsches Fernsehen!
