"Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and...

"Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great. An injury was treated effectively and quickly by staff Jeffrey and Richard. Great service all round. Beach is great and having bangalows right on the beach is a real nice. A top stay for 4 days"
