Ideal for guests seeking a quieter stay away from the crowds, the hotel also provides excellent connectivity—just minutes from Orchard Road, Shenton Way, and the western parts of Singapore. "The breakfast buffet excellent and staff serving/cleaning tables was efficient and friendly. However, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms was negligent. Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on."
