"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. "Difícil acceso si no llegas en auto, el hotel no te ofrece transporte. El desayuno bufet es repetitivo y no hay variedad. Me cobraron más del impuesto municipal que el señalado en la app. Es un hotel que se encuentra en territorio mexicano; sin embargo, está pensado únicamente para los extranjeros, principalmente franceses e italianos."
