"I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again. "

"Acceuil agréable, enregistrement rapide avec informations diverses claires, bien que situé à côté d'un axe routier très fréquenté l'hôtel comme les chambres sont calmes, très bonne isolation également entre chambres comme les déplacements dans le couloir. "

"The room is ok for the price except they don't have elevator. It's not good when you travel with your big luggage. The bathroom is so small and quite old. We stay in a room for 4 person. The stairs to go to second floor is dangerous, you have to be careful to slip on the stairs. "
"Das Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr schön, das Frühstück sehr fein und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden.
Es gab eine schöne Bar mit feinsten Weinen, gleich um die Ecke, um abends auf dem Heimweg einen Schlummertrunk zu nehmen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und zu empfehlen."
