"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "The most beautiful peaceful place with an amazing view and a sense of calm - we had a lake house. The park was great. You have to walk quite a bit, because of distance from the parking area to the house. The facilities are excellent. However renting bikes an paddle boards are far too expensive. The staff were very young and didn´t speak English well enough. We were there on the national holiday and had signed up for a paddle tournament. "Very nice hotel and lovely, quiet room. All very modern and clean. Beds are big and comfortable. Free bottle of water in the room, but no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. We did receive a voucher for a coffee/tea from the bar downstairs, which was a nice alternative. It was a proper coffee from a barista machine! There’s a large hotel car park with plenty of parking. We did not eat breakfast, but it looked nice and plentiful. Great hotel and stay!"

"Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here. "

"I have been to some 5 star hotels, but Aurelia who welcomed us at reception, couldn’t do enough for us, prepared breakfast, dealt with people departing, all with such an amazing, fantastic and very special way. Whatever you are paying her you need to double this. I will definitely be going back to this hotel. Thank you Aurelia"

"The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport. "
