The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. "This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

The hotel is basic but is always clean, comfortable and has lovely helpful staff in reception and pool bar which is very popular."
"Für uns war es eigentlich nur ein „not“ hotel, da unser eigentliches Hotel nicht zumutbar war. Umso überraschter waren wir über dieses sehr gepflegte Hotel. Die Anlage wird gut in Schuss gehalten, unser Zimmer war grandios und überstreckte sich über zwei Etagen (Küche, zwei Bäder, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Balkone) und das Essen war auch top. Würden wir so jederzeit buchen. "

"A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay"
"The apartment was much better than i thought for a 2*, it was clearly 3*+
The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."
