"Leider war die Zufahrt von 2Seiten gesperrt, so dass teure Telefonate geführt werden mussten. Eine sehr freundliche Angestellte holte uns per Auto ab und schob alle Absperrgitter beiseite! Die Zimmervergabe war sehr sehr langsam, im Zweierzimmer erhielten wir ein upgrade (danke), die vier Personen mussten mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, um mitsamt Koffern wieder zurück in einen älteren Teil des Hotels an der obern Strasse das Zimmer zu beziehen! "We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in hotel Giardino la playa. Het hotel is pas gerenoveerd, dus alles is nieuw. We hadden heerlijke bedden, de douche was top en de kamer ruim genoeg. Als kleine tip zou ik nog willen zeggen dat een extra spiegel (buiten de badkamer) fijn zou zijn en een paar stoeltjes op het balkon ook. Verder was het allemaal brandschoon. Ook het zwembad was erg fijn en werd keurig onderhouden. Het ontbijt was ook lekker. En het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Verder lag het...

"I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. The cottage had a terrible bad smell and there was no internet (Wifi) connection. Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee, only croissants, no proper bread and only one cheese and ham. Because they had overbooked we had to explain why we were at the breakfast, for cottage users there is no breakfast. But we payed for it, so after some discussion we could stay, but...
