"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for the price we paid—comfortable, clean, and excellent value overall. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel is a little off the beaten track outside Murcia, but that was actually part of its charm.

"Stunning property. The setting is out of this world and you feel like you are on the other side of the world. It’s in a great location and the staff are very helpful. Only one criticism - the pool was incredibly cold. Everyone sat around the pool, with no one able to go in it. Everyone said the same thing - that a property of that calibre should heat the pool"

"The hotel appeared short staffed. One lady seemed to take breakfast orders one by one. We waited over 30 minutes for coffee and toast. Also asked whilst at breakfast if we minded the that the rooms weren’t being cleaned that day!!"

"Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again."
