"Very nice property, just one concern... I had a refrigerated package meant to be delivered to the front desk at 4:00 am. The front desk attendant had no idea about the package and did not get the package from the refrigerator until 4:20 and I needed to catch a flight. He apologized for the late response."

"Overall the room was good, bed was very comfortable. The table in the room looked worn and the phone in the room didn't work. Not overly a big deal, but when you book a suite, you expect better. I did go to the front desk and let them know about the phone, they sent someone up, they verified that it didn't work and said they would let "someone" know. That was the last I heard about the phone. Would I go back, definitely as overall the experience was great and the food at Exile was excellent, as was the service. Brian"

"We loved our stay at the Whale Guest House -- we stayed in the Blue House. It was easy to find and check in/out, impecably clean, comfortable bed and shower, and has amazing views of the surrounding bay and open ocean in the distance from inside and the outdoor patios. The host / staff were incredibly helpful before hand with information on local restraunts and things to see or do (including boat local boat tour recommendations), and we arrived earlier than planned and allowed us to check in in advance which was greatly appretiated. On our final night we treated ourselves to an amazing hot tub under the full harvest moon reflecting over the Atlantic - it was a perfect way to wrap up our stay in Newfoundland. Thank you!"
