"Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"

"Our window was frosted, I'm assuming because it probably looked out onto a brick wall. But it's a little depressing when you can't even look out the window of your hotel room. The bathroom was OK. Overall, what I expected for the price."
