"This was a short stay that didn’t start well, we booked this hotel because we had a quick overnight before continuing , and it was disappointing that the airport shuttle service was not well coordinated. It was not easy to find the lick-up location but once there, we ended up having to call the hotel after waiting more than 20 minutes.
