Cute hotel in center of alpine village, many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also cable cars to take you to top of mountains. Staff were very friendly. Room was adequate size. Bathroom appeared newly renovated. Option for breakfast buffet in morning. Would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was in a central position, 2 mins walk from main ski lift gondola. The staff were very friendly and helpful at aa times. Room fairly basic but very clean and comfortable.

Accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, confortables et disposent d'une salle de bain plutôt grande. Très propre et bien décoré. Le restaurant est également bien décoré et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.

Convenient and peaceful location

The lady at the reception and managing the restaurant was very kind and as there are not many tables and we travelled with one baby (2 yrs), she even prepared in advance a small chair for her even without having been required by us. The location of the hotel is very convenient and even though being at the very heart of the town our stay ended up being very calm and relaxed. If you go skiing there is a convenient backdoor with access to a locking room to keep your equipment in individual boxes.

Ett utmärkt alternativ om man inte vill lägga hela reskassan på boende. Hotellet är 2-stjärnigt och med det i åtanke var det utmärkt! Ingen lyx, men utmärkt service och rent och fräscht.

Great location

Hotel is a bit tired but clean, great location and appreciated use of sauna shower to change before flight when just off the slopes.

Excellente situation.

Situé en plein centre de La Clusaz, cet hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est très sympathique et le déjeuner tout à fait correct pour le prix.

Great location, bad smell!

We loved the location of this hotel. The Biggest negative of this hotel was the smell. They have a restaurant that serves Raclette on first floor. The hotel smells horribly of burnt cheese. Only other negative was poor wifi.

The reception staff was an amazing young lady who made the stay exceptionaly good. The hotel is pleasant right in the market square surrounded by the bars shops and restuarants.

Très bon accueil dans cet établissement placé au centre ville. Lit très confortable mais la salle de bain est petite.L'espace bien-être est très agréable après une randonnée par exemple. Le restaurant est bien mais cher. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour et particulièrement de la gentillesse des responsables !

Hotelli on hyvin persoonallinen, ja kaikessa välittyy perhehotellin pieni ja kodikas leima. Huone oli viihtyisä, alppihenkeen sisustettu ja siisti. Erityismaininta pesuhuoneesta! Omalla parvekkeella oli mukava leppuuttaa jalkoja patikkaretkien päätteeksi. Ravintola oli viihtyisä, valitettavasti se oli kiinni osan viikkoa. Henkilökunta huomioi todella asiakkaan, ja kaikki toiveet täytettiin -hymyn kera. Suosittelen lämpimästi kohtuuhintaista hotellia.

Très bonne impression, lieu superbe, cadre magnifique et très bonnes prestations, avec superbe piscine. Mention (beaucoup) moins bien pour la literie, nous avions demandé une chambre double et nous avons eu une chambre à 2 (petits) lits de seulement 80x190.....Mais cela n'a pas gâché le séjour.....

Un accueil trés sympa, par contre hotel bruyant et repas cher et moyen. Perso c'est évident que je renouvellerai pas cette experience. Toujours la même chose, le sans gêne des gens qui rentrent tard et le matin on recommence avec ceux qui se lèvent tôt, du coup si vous avez envie de vous coucher vers 23h00/23h30 et que le matin vous n'êtes pas spécialement des lèves tôt, quand je dis tôt, c'est 7h00 en vacances, bon il y a des limites, je pense que nous qui nous levons à 5h30 tous les matins, si on peut se réveiller vers 8h00/8h30 un jour férié, on est pas faché. De plus la moquette des chambres et des circulations puent, on sent bien que les skieurs ont quittés leurs pompes en bas et se sont baladés en chaussettes tous l'hiver, non, vraiment on essaiera autre chose la prochaine fois.

Super hôtel

J'étais au troisième étage dans une chambre qui vient juste d'être rénovée. Tout était parfait, la chambre est très agréable, décorée avec soin, on s'y sent vraiment bien. L'accueil est chaleureux et le restaurant propose une cuisine de très bonne qualité. C'est clairement un hôtel qui offre un excellent rapport qualité prix.
