The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever come across from anyone. Very degrading and upsetting.

Het was even wennen in het begin wat je kan verwachten. maar de mensen zijn heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het is een traditioneel berg pension en geheel typisch frans maar wel een beetje basis. verwacht verse melk en kaas van eigen koeien, en geen typisch engels ontbijt of luxe. eet je in de avond mee dan heb je lekker streekgerechten. je voelt je een beetje onderdeel van een frans gezin. wil je algemene westerse luxe dan is dit misschien niet jou plaats

Un séjour authentique

Grande chambre à laquelle il manque quelques éléments pour la rendre plus confortable mais qui se fait très vite oublier avec la sympathie du propriétaire et du personnel. Accueil des plus conviviaux et hôte toujours disponible, d'une gentillesse naturelle. Très bonne cuisine en demi pension. Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables et nous nous souviendrons de cette ambiance familiale.

A comfortable stay and top notch local food!

What an authentic experience! We came in summer, had a beautiful balcony view with our simple, but oh so comfortable room. The beds were great, the water was hot. Breakfast!!!! The best homemade yogurts I have ever had!
