"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast. "No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. "Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh."
