"Nous sommes des habitués du Westhotel et avons eu la chance d'être surclassés dans une chambre sur la façade principale. Déconvenue quant à l'état des joints de la douche, une seule grande serviette pour deux et ménage pas réalisé à plus de 14 heures. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la femme de ménage de le faire car nous voulions nous reposer, nous avons eu la réponse suivante "je le ferai demain" ... Devant notre insistance, le ménage a été fait très rapidement !"
