"Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times...

"Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber besserer Fön wäre super gewesen. Das ist jetzt jammern auf höchstem Niveau ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee im Zimmer. "

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Just returned from a one week stay at the H10 White Suites and we were all so impressed with the hotel. Check-in was great. Staff were so informative. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely surprise. Cava & chocolates were in our room for arrival. Food & beverages were excellent. "Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob.
