"All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more helpful. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, and had a lovely deep bath. I had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast in their restaurant which was immaculately kept, very reasonably priced and had a vast and delicious choice of foods."

"It is a nice place to stay if you are traveling to Merida during crowded seasons. There is nothing in Twon, but two cafes, so the idea of this place is rest and go. The place is clean, it's Pet-friendly and the staff is very accommodating and always smiling."

Viajamos com uma criança de 3 anos e por esse motivo escolhemos este hotel com opção de meia pensão, para ser mais confortável para a família. No entanto tentámos ir jantar no restaurante no hotel e foi impossível. Imenso tempo de espera, pedimos uma água e apesar de esperarmos meia hora nem a água trouxeram.
