"Great hotel 7 mins from the airport, got everything you need, nice friendly staff, good quality food and close to shops restaurants ect."

"The actual dates of our stay were April10-12. Despite the fact that the parking lot is enclosed by a gated fence, my wife's tote bag was stolen from the back seat of the car while she was sitting in the front passenger seat. This took place during the time that I was at the registration desk. Staff downloaded the parking lot video which clearly shows the thief grabbing the bag and then running through a pedestrian gate which was being held open by an accomplice. The onsite staff were very helpful and if not for this unfortunate incident, I would have given the hotel an overall "Excellent" rating. Sadly, it was a very unpleasant end to an otherwise wonderful 2 and one-half month stay in Spain. "

"Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean."

"We stay first floor and we didn’t sleep well. They picked garbage from street containers every night 12 to 1 am. Lot of noise. Maybe upper floors and different side of the building is better but room 106 was terrible because of that noise. Otherwise not bad. Room did not have refrigerator or coffee maker"

"Breakfast ok The rooms are clean, and big but not many ammenities are provided such as tissues.Cab use some repair or a more modern deeling. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. They advertised the Restaurant open till 23 PM well early afternoon we decided to get a bite 2 people in the kitchen will be looking at us ignoring us completely After my husband and I stood there for over 20 minutes we decided to go somewhere else"

"Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast). Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant). Pool - there are two pools with the rooftop one being heated. Towels were provided but you then had to pay €2 if you wanted a fresh one. "

"The hotel was so centrally located we could walk everywhere. It was quiet and street noise was not an issue. I would highly recommend here if you are in Alicante"
