"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。
部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。
調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"Beautiful spot inside and out. Super easy to check in and out. Very clean and pretty close to the main hub by car but a bit scary to drive down at night so bring enough food. I can only imagine when the trees outside blossom and how beautiful that would look. I guess I need to come back 😉 "

"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイで した。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。
今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"
