We had a great stay. Room was 100% better than the APA hotels I stayed in. It felt very, very clean!!! The toiletry amenities were good. The staff was very nice. The A/C worked so well. Overall we are so pleased with our stay. Transportation options are very convenient.

Lovely room in Kyoto. Very spacious for Japan! Really enjoyed the amenities - massage chair, toiletries etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast one night which was decent enough.

Great location. Good size on the room compared to other similar prized hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, there was enough floor space to open up two big suitcases at the same time! Good amenities in the lobby. The only slight inconvenience we had was when we used the hotel to organize forwarding our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo, we had to use a translating app to communicate with the staff as they didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Japanese. This caused some miscommunication on both parts, resulting in our luggage not being sent the day we wanted. No one’s fault really, it happens.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It’s also more spacious than other hotels I have stayed in Japan. The room also had a massage chair. The only von was that the bed was very firm, which is personally not something I like. Other than that, the hotel is located in an ideal area close to the train station, nearby shops, and 7-Eleven about 3 minutes walk.

We had the best stay in Kyoto. The hotel was immaculate and the front desk staff were tremendously helpful. They were able to secure reservations for us for at a dinner restaurant since we don’t speak Japanese. Their amenity bar was top notch as was the breakfast. There was lots of variety and all the offerings were tasty. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby that were walkable and they provided a map with recommendations. The subway was also nearby (1 block) as were a few bus stops.

I ordered Japanese breakfasts for my stay. They showed up with an American breakfast my first day. Even after admitting they got the order wrong, they seemed intent on me taking the breakfast. I didn't want to cause trouble, so i accepted it. It was totally mediocre. The Japanese breakfast, which they brought to me the next day was a lot better.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location very close to a metro station. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kyoto!

Our room is very nice. Newer, cleaner and more space than most Japanese hotel. It even has a masssage chair and 2 pillows for each guests! What a treat! Truly enjoyed our stay here.
