"This is a very nice property. A few things need to be maintained and checked. The humidifiers were quite gross upon removal of the tanks to refill. I own a humidifier, they require cleaning. I lightly cleaned them myself with warm water, but didn’t want to use our only abrasive sponge. The onsen right sliding door was left slightly open, I pushed it shut on our 2nd day only to realize on our 3rd day that it made the problem worse on the left door. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. "I would give 6/5 stars if I could. The staff all were brilliant and helpful, from dinner recommendations, to help with calling taxis and just being prepared for all requests and queries. Especially as my Japanese was not good. The concept of the hotel is very cool. The music in the lounge each night was well picked for the atmosphere. The wifi was strong, the shower pressure was great and the bath filled quickly and was comfortable. The extra amenities were great too. I accidentally packed my toiletries in a suitcase forwarded elsewhere but I was able to to survive with their toothbrush kit, face cleansers, moisturisers, and even used a really nice facemask. As a suggestion, the room I was in was spacious enough for a longer platform or another bench for arranging suitcases in. I was sad to be too late to enjoy the rooftop activities, I will come earlier next time, though I think it would be perfect in autumn and winter. Mostly, I was impressed by the hotels processes and the preparedness of the employees on reception. From folders full of recommendations with paper maps and QR codes for google map directions, to having a form ready for requests to keep items in the hotels fridge/freezer *I asked for a medical device to be frozen overnight before a flight. Also the entrance to the underground train is right out front (exit23). Between this hotel and the lovely people in Hokkaido, I will definitely be returning for a future visit to Sapporo and staying at Royal Park Canvas"

"Great Location ! Close to all city points of interest. Very helpful staff. Tran at the info desk was so helpful and was able to help us translate when we had a problem with our flight changes. All the correspondence that we received about our flight changes were in Japanese, he helped us translate through the ANA website and the staff at the info desk even helped us print a hard copy of our e-tickets! Thank you for our wonderful stay at the facility. We will stay there again, in the future when we visit for the “ Sapporo Snow Festival “ 😀😊"
