Regarding your comments about our limited English staff, we half maximize service with available staff, we provide them with full product knowledge, operational training and speak good English. Sorry if there is a language barrier that occurred during your stay. We apologize that you feel that most of the breakfast choices are Indonesian menus. We try to offer a variety of choices for our guests with a full continental buffet. Our team is always trying to replenish food as quickly as possible, we recommend arriving early before the breakfast rush.
