Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Only improvement would be that the pillows were so large and hard, very hard to sleep on.

Good location, nice room, bit noisy at night
This was a beautiful room and nice bathroom, comfortable bed and spacious room. But there was a lot of noise from a club nearby till 3am. The hotel restaurant is very good and good prices. Staff was a bit delayed on check in. Decent hotel pool. Overall good stay aside from the noise at night. It’s about a 5 min bike taxi to main Katu beach. Wifi was so so.

Stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean and staff always helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access between Kuta Beach, Double Six, Legian and Seminyak. The only drawbacks were the constant music every night. I stayed for a month so after the first week I started to tune it out unless it was just awful singing or extra loud. The wifi never worked but I didn’t mind because I worked from a coworking space that was nearby. Lastly the on-site restaurant was closed but there is a limited room service menu and breakfast is available.

Decent hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean with bottled water, coffee/tea replenished daily. Wifi okay but often intermittent or non-existent. Ants in the room which increased daily although I didn't leave food lying around. My room was unfortunately located right near the busy street with a restaurant that had live music nightly which ended at midnight. Would be good if the hotel soundproofed those particular wall for future guests.

모기 때문에 잊을 수 없는 호텔입니다
비행 시간으로 새벽에 체크인을 했습니다 너무 피곤했는데 일찍 잘 수가 없었어요 룸문을 여는 순간 온데 모기가 날아다니는데 옷장이며 방이며 욕실까지 까만 모기들이 정말 말로 표현할수 없을 정도로 많았어요 자기 전까지 백마리도 넘는 모기를 잡을 것 같습니다 거짓말이 아닙니다 정글에 있는 기분이었어요 직원은 지금이 우기라서 그렇다는데 오랫동안 방치된 방을 준 것인지 모기 때문에 쉽게 잠을 이룰 수 없었어요 근처 마트 가서 모기약을 사다가 뿌리고 새벽 4시가 되서야 잘 수 있었습니다ㅠㅠ 5일을 머무르면서 모기 잡고 욕실 청소하다 온 기분이 듭니다 헤어 드라이어는 요청하면 주는데 바람이 아주 약해요 건조대도 빌려주는데 몇 개 없는지 저희는 요청했으나 이미 없다고 해서 사용하지 못 했습니다 조식은 요기 정도 하신다고 생각하면 됩니다 조식 가격이 워낙 저렴하니 많은 기대를 안 하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다 길 건너면 식당들이 많이 있습니다 그랩을 이용하면 꾸따 비치까지는 10~15분 정도 걸립니다 근처에 세탁소가 있어서 이용했는데 5kg에 44000Rp였습니다 체크 아웃하면서 수영 가방을 두고 왔는데 보관해줘서 나중에 찾아올 수 있었습니다 다음에는 다른 호텔에 묵고 싶네요^^;;;

Good location to find food!
The hotel actually is nice and good overall but i can't stand with the noise at 5am in the morning from other guest! And when i call housekeeping to clean up my room,how could they give me the plastic bag to cover up the dustbin by myself! i'm the guest! But if you want to find food along the street,this hotel is recomended.

발리 도착해서 하루 이용했습니다. 공항에서 가깝고 조식도 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 또한 직원들 응대도 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 시설이 낙후하여 일인용 침대와 화장실 청결도가 좀 좋지 않았습니다. 가족여행 보다는 혼자 여행할때 이용하기 편할 것 같습니다.

Hotel non centrale e per muoversi occorre contrattare sempre con i driver! Colazione sempre con le stesse cose per nulla adatta a noi occidentali. Stanze senza asciugacapelli ,senza un po’ posto dove poter stendere le cose ad asciugare. Molto rumoroso anche i clienti sono molto rumorosi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Spesso non trovavamo gli asciugamani per la doccia e occorreva chiamare e dopo più di 20 min arrivavano ! Pieno di zanzare !

Food lovers paradise
Plenty of restaurants along the same road and a couple of good coffee and breakfast across the road. A good walk to Legian/ Kuta or a quick taxi ride to Seminyak areas.

Cheap but OK
Great customer service. I didn't find the beds overly comforting but that can come down to individual preferences. Wifi is really bad. The air con unit began to drop water into the room (filter probably hasn't been cleaned in awhile) and this led to me slipping over in the room. Staff were helpful in assisting me but it did leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth after this

Needs an update
This hotel is very cheap but comes at a cost as rooms are old and a little dirty. The wifi is patchy and the bathroom is not the best. Staff are great and the location is handy but not really walking distance to kuta or seminyak shopping. Overall it's a hotel for the boys

Great staff!!
Hotel staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean. Hotel food is very good and quite affordable. Towels sometimes disappear and maybe aren't the cleanest. If possible, bring your own towels.

Not in a great location
Was not happy with room on arrival. Bed sheets were dirty and hairs in the shower. Bed and pillows not that comfortable. The food was nice not so much breakfast. And the portions are really small. The stay was okay and did have what I needed. Not much room around the pool saw a few rats. Staff were all lovely apart from the main woman receptionist thought she was quite rude!! The noise of the other guests was bad some nights and again very rude.

Room not cleaning and the water was not cleaning a
No hair dyer and the water was very dirty. The staff promise will bring me hair dyer but at the end of my check out date I did not receive yet

Kanonbra service
Vi spenderade två nätter på The Sunset Hotel och var mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Hotellet är rent och fräscht. Hotellets pool är kanonfin. Personalen är mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad. Ett minus är läget, det tar ett cirka 20-30 minuter att gå till centrala Kuta och stranden men däremot finns det många restauranger mycket nära hotellet.

Room was not the cleanest.
We stayed there for a night. We found a cockroacke and a spider in our room. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. For the price you're better off staying somewhere cleaner. The bar at the bottom was loud and noisy and filled with locals. Not the greatest area. Wouldn't recommend it.

Overal The Sunset Hotel is okay with a 3-star ranking hotel. The breakfast is very nice that offers a lot of options of food. The family rooms are also big enough. However, the airport shuttle bus service made us annoying and waited for over one hour at the airport at late-night. Because they've made mistake about our flight and arrival time. We wished it wouldn't happen again in future as it really caused guests very inconvenient. Moreover, the price of hotel shuttle bus is more than double the public taxi.

Every at the hotel was perfect, a room next to the pool, so we could keep an eye on the granddaughter, staff lovely. Didn't like getting charged for one broken glass, but on the whole good holiday

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Tolles Hotel und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Da das Hotel sich einen kleinen Fußmarsch vom Strand entfernt befindet, gibt es einen Shuttleservice (kostenlos), der einen direkt am Stand oder auch in der Legianstreet (Shopping sowie Restaurant-Straße) absetzt. Das Frühstück sehr lecker. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

L'hôtel nest pas très loin de la mer et du centre . Il est correct mais pas grandiose . Le petit déjeuner pas terrible . Et il y a que 4 transats pour tout l'hôtel ....le ménage des chambre est à revoir .

他のお客様のレビュー通りのホテルだったと思います。蚊が多いとの事が気になり上階を希望した所三階の部屋にしてくれました。しかし、蚊はついてすぐ3匹ころし、確かに多かったです。 部屋は、写真通り広く清潔でした。スタッフもみんな愛想もよく、私的に気配りができていると大変満足を受けました。 立地はJLdewisriに位置しレストランやホテル、コンビニ、スーパーもあるので困る事はないかと思います。クタの中心繁華街までは徒歩10〜15分かかり、ビーチは、少し遠いですが、無料バスもある様です。

Haben dieses Hotel als Start- und Endpunkt für eine kurze Bali-Rundreise gewählt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, da sich das Hotel wie beschrieben wiedergefunden hat. Zimmer waren sauber und von der Ausstattung her absolut okay. Die Lage an einer recht großen Straße machte einen Fußmarsch ins Zentrum von Kuta in ca. 15 Minuten möglich. Trotz der Lage an einer sehr belebten Straße war es sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Innenhof (am Pool) immer ruhig.

Good for the price.
At $20 a night, this is a good place to stay. Located on Jalan Dewi Sri, the road outside is very busy and with the lack of pavement it can be hard to walk into town. Its easy enough to hail a cab from out front but don't take any other taxi than Bluebird (there are many fakes) and insist on a metre before you get in. Also ask for a pool side room as you can hear the road from there. The room was a bit worn but good shower and good breakfast and ok wifi. All in all, a good deal for the price.
