We always enjoy returning to Bintang Kuta hotel. A bit surprised that breakfast options were far more limited this time although the essentials like good coffees, bacon and cheese and ham omelets could be ordered specifically at no extra charge.

Always a great stay. Staff are fantastic, close to central and lippo mall but far away enough for peace and quiet. Love being able to use sister hotel pool, gym and kids club. Happy with breakfast. Over all great stay, external building may need some TLC in the future.

Great room and property - bitterly poor breakfast.
Overall the property is great ! Double room for the family awesome But The breakfast was bitterly poor. Totally local with no international choice. Biggest issues was discovering a very rotten egg in the self boil eggs after we had cooked it and we’re back at the table. Turned all our stomachs.

The room was clean and nice, staff helpful. Location is perfect, on the kuta beach and lots of dining and shopping options around. Have the arrangement with Bali Bintang resort for gym. The only thing missing was balcony :).

The Bintang Kuta Hotel is friendly, basic and well located. The pandemic shut-down has unfortunately had a negative impact on the condition of the hotel, simply because there weren't staff cleaning the rooms as regularly as would normally have been the case. Hopefully, as more tourists return, the property will be returned to its original condition.

Bintang Kuta hotel is a very nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is very convenient. We stayed 6 nights there and it was very enjoyable.

So the hotel was nice and clean and in a good spot...however, the hotels communications was lousy. I emailed them about getting transport for pickup for 70000IDR as stated on their site from the airport, and then messaged them on facebook both with no answers until after I had arrived and been there for a few days. They stated then that transport was now updated to 200 000IDR. Also on their site, it said to email them the day before but clearly that wouldnt have made a difference. It cost me not only the time, the heat from the airport, and aggravation of trying to find transport after my flight and a lot of walking around to get to immigration and baggage check, but also the high cost of 350 000IDR to get to the hotel when the most it wouldve been by Bluebird cabs wouldve been under 50 000IDR as everything has changed at the airport with no cab rank there like before. When checking in, I was told it was with breakfast and when I went down the next morning, I double checked to be told it wasnt with breakfast so I cant comment on their food. My room was really nice, good aircon, but I was woken every morning between 6am to 6.30am with whoever was in the room above me being there would stomp around every bloody morning. I did mention that to the staff hoping they might move me if possible but again, never heard back so no rest for me which is why I went. The one thing they did do was let me be there an extra hour as my flight was changed, and that was very much appreciated.

The staff is really kind, with a human touch, the breakfast selection is excellent, the swimming pool is superb, and the hotel also gives access to the beach and to discovering the resort next door from the same brand.

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed our time there and interconnecting rooms the had their space. Great location within waling distance to the beach, shopping malls and food outlets. I would recommend it to families without hesitation.

I like the location of the hotel and 5 years ago we stayed there and it was great. But this time it was like a different hotel. The breakfast was monotonous and the staff were happy to stand around and do nothing, every morning i had to search for cutlery. Our toilet in room smelt like a urinal and cleaning was mediocre. I won't be going back which is disappointing because i loved it last time.

The staff at Bintang Kuta Hotel were very warm and friendly. The Hotel was perfectly located in Kuta, only 4 minutes away from the airport, yet near the heart of the nightlife & shopping; and away enough to remain quiet. We had access to the resort section which was located on the same property. We had an issue the first night with our room, but the staff response was immediate. We were able to change room and still given one with a pool view. The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with many choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

用来作过渡酒店是个非常不错的选择,房间面积30多平,早餐相对于房价来说算丰盛了,还可同另一家酒店共用沙滩,在这个价位来说,是不二之选.
