"Very relaxed stay. Short walk from station or book a taxi for a small fee if you have luggage. Ruriko-in temple and Mt Hiei cable car station is very close with lots of hiking and walking trails. If you have a private onsen, just know that the shower is also outside. No other options, unless you use the public bath."
