Kusatsu Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Loved that it was located right in Kyoto station with the station directly beneath our hotel floor, and we couldn’t hear or feel a single train! Best sleep in a while!

clean and convenient

First off, it's very clean and conveniently located right next to the Dotonbori area, offering a wealth of food and nightlife options. Easy access to two or three different subway lines. Also, the staff is devoted. We had a room that, for some reason, wasn't getting a good wifi signal. It was full of bars everywhere in the hotel, except in our room. We informed the staff, who immediately attempted a few unsuccessful attempts to improve the signal. The next day, a new signal repeater had been installed right outside our door, and we had full bars in our room. An email was in my inbox telling me they had done that. TBH, I thought that was impressively professional.

Great sized rooms, massage chair in room, very helpful staff, I didn’t want to leave!

A terrific hotel with excellent staff The rooms are awesome the staff is amazing . The onsite restaurant is incredible . Highly recommended
