"Not only is this hotel beautiful; the staff is so nice and welcoming. The location is very convenient for walking to the Peace Memorial Park. There is a restaurant on the first floor that serves delicious pasta and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The view from our room was literally unbelievably beautiful. We literally couldn’t believe it was real. There’s also a little convenience store in the lobby. 10 out of 10. Thank you!!"

"Terrible smell as smoking is allowed in the middle of the entrance lobby. Also, the smallest and outdated bathroom facilities. Check-in staff was most helpful, but when we asked to call a taxi upon departure, we were given a card with a telephone number… When we explained that we don’t speak Japanese and the taxi company certainly doesn’t speak English… they very reluctantly called for us… Troubling to say the least! Other than that, the location is perfect if you want to visit the museum and drop-off site."
