"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

Various tropical pools, water slides and splash park available and children’s play equipment and activities eg movie night and weekly pancake breakfast. Bus stops ext to entrance or close to shopping centre if driving. Very friendly and helpful staff to organise tours or other information and moving baggage. I love the tropical atmosphere...

"We were on 12th floor & the shower was terrible , couldn't regulate the temp , one second scaulding hot next minute freezing cold , so didn't enjoy that at all , but appart from that was great accommodation & fantastic location , would recommend you to all our friends !"

"it's an oldish style hotel we were happy with location and it had everything we needed for our stay. Bathrooms are tired but hey as i said we were here for a basketball tournament not a tropical vacation."

"-Shared bathrooms and toilet -Smelly corridors due to rubbish bins having no covers -Very limited parking -Room does not look like what's in the photos -Water faucet in my room wont fully shut."

"Frontdesk staff are nice, family room is a bit old showing signs of wear. Saw a rat running across the path on the main swimmung pool. In the end, averge hotel of choice family with reasonable price"
