"Luggage storage is a big problem, they only accommodate luggage storage on check out date, if you make side trip to other area near Tokyo but didn’t want to tag along all luggage, you have to arrange yourself and they don’t offer any help. It took me off guard as I expected I can store my big luggage at hotel while I make a two days short trip to Mt. Fuji. I ended up need to take all my luggage with me since the storage place near hotel won’t be open for service until 9:30 which is quite impossible to use if you take an early bus or train."

"Travelled solo and had a wonderful stay, check-in experience was also good and well managed. Room was just enough for a solo traveller, with enough space for my luggage. Breakfast options could have been better but what was available was good. The Onsen facility was perfect, clean and well maintained. Overall great stay and good value for money, would definitely return for another stay if I’m ever in Tokyo."

"This was an easy, low key place to home base during a great visit to Japan. It’s pretty basic and quiet which was all I needed. Sometimes the lack of visible staff created some uncertainty but someone always seemed to appear and help. I really liked my time there!"
