"My stay at Tissa's Inn was fabulous. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and COLD. Entire staff were kind, attentive and so interested in making our stay with them memorable. We arrived after the kitchen closed and were starving - the chef returned after leaving to make us dinner. I mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised me with a delicious cake and serenade. Breakfast and Dinner options were excellent. Perfectly located - walking distance to everything. I would absolutely return....

"This is an exceptional property, with extensive amenities, an attentive and cheerful staff. It is beautiful and in a very convenient location, with great access to both Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. When we arrived we found the hotel to be very well staffed. Even though we were too early to check in, there was a flood of activity to welcome and accommodate us.
