"Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm. Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay). Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly...

"This was the perfect place to stay for 10 days with a small kitchenette and all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. My boyfriend and I stayed here and thought it was ideal for the location, proximity to a tram station and multiple little supermarkets like Lidl. "The family cabine we recieved was really dirty and unsanitary. The toilet seat had hair and per stains all over it and the shower door was full of hair. The second floor thats supposed to fit two people to sleep has barely place to fit the two beds and it’s impossible to stand there, theres literally no place for half the body to fit in the so called room. The warm water in the shower lasts for a 10 minutes shower, after that it’s freezing cold water. Whoever wanna shower has to wait one hour...

"Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again "

"Exceptional dirty, noisy and poor smell place, where stay only truck drunk drivers. Yellow colored bed linens with strong smell of sweat. Nobody welcome, manager just keep key in storage box. When we arrived, nobody was inside from staff and just drunken drivers was everywhere. They smoke inside of building. Way and yard totally dark, like a horror movie. After calling manager arrive and promise made full refund, but when we leave they change a mind - they are screamers. I don’t understand...

"A fantastic hotel close to the city center with an good location. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Stockholm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Jones at the reception, who greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome on my very first trip to Sweden.
