Our room was recently renovated and very clean throughout. The breakfast that is available (additional charge) was nice and offered many options. All staff members were very friendly and one during the afternoon shift spoke English which was nice. The pool area looked nice and the pool needs cleaning, many bugs floating on top so I got out. I would stay here again.

Great Resort on a peaceful remote island

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kume Island Resort. First off Kume island is a peaceful beautiful place. The hotel is in a good area across the street from the beach (but only partial view of the beach). It’s about a 15 min taxi ride from the ferry port. It’s a clean hotel, nice staff and good breakfast. My room was large and recently remodeled and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. If you stay very long on Kume island, I recommend you get a rental car. The hotel staff will help you with this. They have two people on staff that speak great English and were so nice. Kume Island is like stepping back into 1970 in many ways. I love it there.

初めて久米島に宿泊しました。繁華街？の端にありますが、端から端まで歩いても1キロないので便利です。周囲にはファミマもありますが、頑張って15分くらい歩くとドラックストアがありお土産やお酒が気軽に買えます。部屋はリノベーションして綺麗でしたが全体として古さも否めないです。ビュッフェ式の食事は沖縄料理もあり満足しました。
