"Conveniently located hotel with direct internal access from the train station. The building and the room were well-presented, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby and restaurant overlook a beautifully maintained garden and pond. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay."

"Location is excellent, next to covered shopping streets, near tram line, walking distance to castle. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was pretty spacious for a business-style hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, with some local specialties added — need a toaster that actually toasts, though. Breakfast staff were super hardworking and polite. Overall, a solid choice and good value for the money for our two night stay in Kumamoto."
