"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

"Одним словом - выше всяческих похвал! !! Отель маленький, но очень уютный. Номер чистейший, интерьер - отличный и современный (видно, что работал дизайнер), в номере есть абсолютно всё! Персонал оччччччень внимательный, отзывчивый и, по-человечески, добрый. Завтрак состоит из сырно/мясной/овощной тарелки, гречка с глазуньей, йогурт, фрукты, кофе и печеньки. А также тарталеточка с красной икрой :) Отель заявлен, как 3*, но по ощущениям 4 с плюсом. Случиться быть в Харькове - остановлюсь в Classic...
