The swimming pool awesome ! My family enjoyed at the swimming pool..i gave 5 star .. But the corridor too dirty ...had many cigarettes at corridor.. toilet also smelly . The room so comfortable n large for family with 4 person stayed...i like the room..the refrigerator also huge... I think i will come again to swiss garden residence for next holidays...

Worthwhile for short stay

Nice stay. Although WiFi was worse and water pressure was too low. Heater gave hot and then cold and then hot water all the time.

Family retreat

I have been here before and I am coming back because of the previous experience which was good. Unfortunately It seems that the property is a bit worn down now. The only thing that is still kept high is the price that I need to pay. The sofa is dusty. The aircond compressor and the balcony rail is rusty. The room... the toilet is being clean but not to the standard of Swiss Garden. I came here because of the name Swiss Garden and frankly a bit dissapointed.

Not worth it. Filthy water park.

I personally wouldn’t come here again. I went there as the mini theme park looks amazing in the picture. But the pool actually very poorly maintained. It was dirty even in the morning. You can see and feel all the black moss floating around esp in the kids pool. Super disgusting. There are some pool tiles that already broken, and the surface was slimy like they have not clean it since they first build it. Breakfast is another story. I paid the room with breakfast but ended up walking across the street instead. Immediately after opening the breakfast lounge door, the smell of dirty kitchen piercing my nose. We were the 1st to arrive as the girl there still setting the buffet up. No greeting, no smile, poor service. The turkey ham were yellowish in color and the counter top, where the juices sits was slimey with leftover juice from last night I think. The smell in the restaurant itself just kills my appetite totally. So we left. I am glad I didn’t stay over 1 night. It was unbearable. Room was small with 2 bar wifi connection. Please do not over advertise the room by saying “Premier Family Suites”. Nothing premier about the room and it is definitely not a suite. Please change the room category to just 2 bedroom apartment. Overall the hotel is just filthy. Poorly maintained, poor service and this is the 1st hotel that I regretted staying this year.

Middel oplevelse af opholdet. Lille lejlighed , vær. , badevær. og stue med køkken samt udgang til balkon. Udsigt til "vandland" i gårdmiljøet. Middel strand umiddelbart bag bygningerne. pool-området er over middel, dog lidt slidt. Desværre ligger Swiss Garden Resort Residenses Kuantan langt fra byen og spisesteder tæt på, er af meget lokal karakter.
