Overall semuanya ok je kecuali bilik takde iron & hair dryer. Menu breakfast kalau ada pelbagai lagi best. Rasa masakan semua sedap. Kalau tambah aneka kuih muih & pelbagai jenis buah lagi best banyak pilihan.

The room was perfect for my family. Clean, tidy, all the gifts inside the room were great. I didnt expect to get all those gifts with the price I paid. So exclusive and high standard. The ambient was nice. The staffs were great. Good cs. The breakfast buffet was delish. Even not so many choices to choose from, i enjoyed my breakfast so much. Overall it was a pleasant stay and i totally recommended to stay in Mandurah.

Loved the breakfast, the cleanliness, the fact that the cafe is facing the beach hence breakfast is such an experience. The bell boy is so kind. Didnt even take a tip we offered. Thats rare. The toilets are clean and we were given complete set of toiletries. And given all these awesome things, the price is sooo affordable. My go to hotel qhen i go kuantan!

we do had a good time there but management need to improve on room cleanliness and maintenance..the room is bit dusty, refrigerator is not working, and the swimming pool is not well maintained..kids pool totally dirty and cant be used.

Nice property, nice beach.
The hotel is quite new and we stayed in a standard room, which had 2 single beds. All is good, except for - the hot water which was not so - but we could live with it. The water boiler was damaged by earlier guests, so that there was debris at the bottom - not noticeable until I looked closely.
Finally, I got bitten by sandflies - *Not* on the hotel beach, but at the adjacent property.

Great Place!
If you are looking for a place near to the beach, this hotel is the one. I would have rated it 5. But, there was a problem with the safe deposit and the staff couldn't fix it even after 3 times of trying different batteries. Also, there was some sort of karoke party on the beach going on and it went on until late, which made it difficult to sleep early.. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. There are also many restaurants around the hotel that open from evening until late. Overall, recommended!

A Kingdom for Deck Chairs!!
the place would have been great if they have deck chairs to relax on the beach. Hotel does not even provide beach towels!!! They only have concrete benches facing the beach which is mighty uncomfortable after a while... :-(
