For check in, please on time and when customer late to come, the room have available. For me late check in 5.30pm. Book 3 room but 1 available. The 2 room still in cleaning. Received 6.30om. still ok because Hari Raya.

I have no chance to Check In. There was no one at the desk. I was ringing the bell again and again. The office door was open. I went in knock on the door. It’s like haunted. I contact Hotel.com and cancelled the booking. I will never go there again. First two stay were great. Not this time

A COSY HOTEL WITH GOOD LOCATION.

Quite clean but the housekeeper did not replace the facial tissue box on 2nd day but only took out the empty box. When 2 pax stay in a room, I expect 2 laundry bags be provided. The carpet is worn out & should be replaced. So is the worn out/broken wire cable to the iron. The car part should be lighted for better security.

management needs to identify and repair the damage or disruption in terms of the air conditioning system as well as the noisy water pump system when operating, as it greatly interrupts visitors to take a good sleep and also rest.
