Hotel staff was not helpful. Hotel cleanliness was worst I ever come across. I stayed in room 301.Bed was full of bedbugs and pillows covered molds.I never ever seen such worst rooms before.I asked the staff to exchange my room but she refused immediately i check out the room and left without collecting money back.i feel very frustrated with this stay.
kurang menyenangkan penginapan di red orange hotel....lantai tandas tidak bersih, kebersihan tidak seperti di gambar...front desk tidak kemas dan berbau..
Book & paid for family room but only get normal room. No refund given.

Space & important facilities
As Muslim we need space to perform aur prayer.
No laundry bag, indoor slipper.
Very few for hanging clothes.
No ironing facility on 1st floor..its important for those going for wedding reception or other official function.
