The hotel did not accept my booking at all via Hotel.com....they said the hotel was full. No communication or notice in advance. I was already at the location when they inform me the hotel was fully booked....I have to resort to other hotel...very bad experience and service
Bad customer service,small room,leaking & cracked bathroom sink,noisy road..staff didn’t want us to check in at first,told us to ring Expedia to rebook somewhere else..terrible
