Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately hot water is usually only provided in the bathroom not the kitchen sink but there is always a kettle for your convenience. As of the shuttle bus it is provided for the tenant / residences, you may enjoy the ride by mentioning you are the tenant of the unit that you are staying. Its our pleasure hosting your stay. We have our person in charge contact & email stated on the booking so should you need any assistance you should be able contact us. We required guest to contact us prior to check in as we will be sending guest a text / email guidance on check in. However we are unable to contact Ms Tracey due to contact and email wasn't provided. We apologize on the poor management of security on behalf of the building. Wifi is stated in the unit itself. Kitchen and Bathroom are equipped with basic amenities for guest use, should you need anything else such as extra toilet roll, soap, conditioner, washing powder, knives, salts and pepper and etc we are able to send to your doorstep.
