The reception ask for a deposit in cash only. No credit card. So they force the guest to go outside walk find an atm and withdraw cash just for the deposit. This is not good at all. There was a cockroach in the room.

Room was not clean as comment i saw. Property abit old, Hotel didn't provide parking for guest, car strictly park in front of hotel but is road side or you need to pay for RM5 for parking beside hotel.

basin and toilet water flow very slow. the cleaning service after informing the counter, the cleaner did not turn up for cleaning and reason was given that he will do the check out first but it did not turn up for the whole day

It's a terrible experience! The night employee clearly did not want to work (girl). We were given a room on the sixth floor which was very stuffy, and there was a strong smell of mold, mushrooms ... this is unsafe for health! all the walls were in dark spots and the ceiling too. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though it was cold. there were dark long hair on the floor. We asked to change the room. we were given a room on the 5th floor. there was also a musty smell and the ceiling was stained, there was hair in the bathroom drain. and then, unexpectedly for Malaysia, you could hear a dog howling, as if in the next room. The air conditioner was making a very loud noise from time to time. And those were rooms with a window! without a window, I can’t even imagine what the humidity is like there! The hotel needs a big renovation and competent ventilation! We went to another hotel and are very happy about it! I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Erstmal das Positive: Der Service war gut. Wir konnten glücklicherweise unsere Taschen vor Check-in ablegen. Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen. Man kann einiges zu Fuß erkunden. Die Gegend ist sicher nichts für jeden aber wir fanden es authentisch und spannend um die echte Seite von Kuala Lumpur kennenzulernen. Negativ: Leider ist das Hotel in schlechtem Zustand. Etwas Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit wären dringend nötig. Wir hatten bisschen fleckige Laken. Die Wände im Zimmer hatten dunkle Spuren und es hat leider nicht zu gut gerochen. Für den Preis war es schon okay aber nur grade so akzeptabel.

El hotel está bien, Justo para lo que se necesita en KL, ducha/aire/cama. La habitación es pequeña y el baño también. Para su precio está bien. La zona llena de sitios para comer, pero lejos del verdadero centro. Usar grab fue de las mejores opciones. Destacable: el personal, súper amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Hay calentador de agua, y agua embotellada gratuita.

ドライヤーが壊れていて使えない。遮光窓が開いたまま閉じず蚊が入って来て何カ所も刺された。3泊してシーツやバスタオルを1回も取り換えに来ない。他にもハンガーがない、ゴキブリが出た、トイレシャワー使用中にホースが外れて水浸しになったなど、とても三つ星ホテルとは思えない施設でした。
