poor quality accommodation, quite dirty inside. No toilet paper provided and the walls are quite thin so you can hear lots of noise in the hallway. There was a large family in the hallway making noise till midnight. There are also no windows in the room which makes it feel like a cell

Convenient but noisy, as you know?
The area is very convenient place in daytime but at night we realized very noisy, till midnight. And room has no window, no tables even a just very small table, and the shower have only little warm water not hot shower...We have to go up some stairs to reach the reception with big travel baggages.

Good Location
The view was great, with free facilities of swimming pool and sauna. The room is big and comfortable. However the carpet is seen with many stains and the towel have a stench, but it was a good stay though. just right above Time Square.

Nice place in the middle of town
We had a great stay at Goldbrick Hotel. We started our holiday in Malaysia and ended it. So more than sufficient reasons to return there. At our departure date, having a evening flight it was no problem to return to the hotel for a quick shower, Great service after a hot day in the city.

Da vi bookede dette hotel på Hotels.com stod der at værelserne havde et skrive bord, daglig rengøring og hjælp billetter og udflugter. Alt dette er løgn. De hjælp med ikke en dyt, de anede intet og seværdigheder og vi skulle selv sørge for at vi havde rene håndklæder og toilet papir. Derudover er "det gratis vand på værelserne" ikke gratis. På deres hjemmeside og bannere på hotellet osv stod der at værelserne er lyd tætte. Måske en af verdens største løgne. Hvis du slog en prut kunne alle på hotellet høre det. Dørene og væggene var som lavet ud af papir. Der var en som tog et bad om natten og vækkede hele hotellet. Jeg havde nok valgt at bo på gaden hvis dette var det sidste hotel. Og nåh ja så starter hotellets elevator efter Ca 50 trappetrin så held og lykke med jeres kufferter mm. Og værelset havde bogstaveligt kun plads til en Queen size bed og intet andet

Locate at the heart of Bukit Bingtang
This hotel is located at the centre of the bukit bintang which also near to the monorail station. We have booked for 3 bed 2 rooms through expedia. But the hotel staff allocated 5 bedded room to us instead of the rooms that we paid for. The room doesn't have ventilcation. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable.

The hotel cannot provide room for me , agreed to refund fully, but did not refund at all. It was the hotel fault cannot give me a room, not my fault . The hotel asked me to ask HOTELS.COM to cancell , so I did it , but until today 04 July 2017( more than one month already ) ,I did not get the refund . So I am thinking should I trust HOTELS.COM ,and also GOLDBRICK HOTEL ?

有很多可以改善的地方
就位置而言，金磚飯店的交通位置非常便利，費用也算便宜，但是，飯店的服務太差，請櫃檯清潔房間，說下午了不清潔，我住二天，毛巾也沒來換，垃圾也沒來清(我自己拿去櫃檯請服務人員幫我丟)，多要條被子，從早上要到晚上，我自己去櫃檯再要，遇到老闆娘，她才又請工作人員拿給我~~ 雖然房間小，還算清潔，但床單不太乾淨，肉眼可見髒污，浴室的設備多有毀損，難得櫃檯門面裝潢得很漂，可惜了這麼好的地點。 本來還必須留在當地三天，我選擇另住其他飯店，沒再續住金磚飯店。

Small clean room, good bathroom. Only one bottle of water for 2 adults Close to food street and Chankat, very spasmodic and slow internet

Reasonable pricing but..
When we arrived on the first day and used the GPS, we couldn't find the place at all. It was hidden between a hotel and a provision shop near Guardian and there was no directions to hotel. Luckily we asked the employer at Guardian to guide us after being lost for about a good 10 minutes. It was in a shared building, second floor, and there is a few steps before u reach the lift, so if you are carrying heavy luggage, this hotel not recommended. Staff was friendly, but is there housekeeping services? I'm not sure because nobody cleaned our room and we got to ask for towels to change. I don't think this was a big deal as we were only staying for 2 nights. WIFI was horrible, but don't worry it's still loading...after a very long wait. The showering hose came loose when showering so I showered without the showering head, lol. The TV had only one channel, I don't get it but yeah I'm alright with just watching AXN. Overall I'm fine, the location was really central, very good. I am ok with the hotel but my friend kept complaining so okay...will try other hotels around the area but if you want just a place to touch and go for a night, I think this is the right area for you (if you're not picky).

Not a 3 star
Be ware this is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 1 star at best. Even though it is a private room, the bed sheets are thin and dont feel clean. The entrance is shared with 2 hostels, so it is 4 times more than the price of hostel, but worse condition.

Reasonable for the price
Service staff was very polite and willing to help. Rooms were rather clean as well. However, they had a little screw up with the booking of rooms and a faulty a/c, resulting in one of us having to sleep on a mattress on the floor with 1/3 of it up against the wall as the room given in replacement was really for 2 and not 3 people. Could have handled the situation better with regards to shifting us into 2 separate rooms instead of only 1 meant for 2 people when we paid for 3 beds, and not giving empty promises on when the room we booked could be handed over to us.

Overall nice
The hotel is clean because it's been newly open. The room is small, but it's ok if you are traveling alone. There is not hotel sign outside, so it's a bit hard to find. The staff was nice, and they could keep my suitcases before check-in and after check-in.

New place to consider in the heart of the city
This place is a new hotel in the Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. Almost everything is new including the furnishings, toilet, shower, mattress, A/C, etc. That is a huge plus. The price is below average making it a deal, at least at the time of this writing. On the downside, the walls are incredibly thin and I had a really hard time sleeping when I arrived. The doors squeak and you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors room plus the hallway. This is something to consider especially if your checking in after a long flight. I WOULD stay here again as I felt the staff really look after the customer. Jennifer and Mila really went out of their way to ensure that I was happy while staying here. I'd book it again because of this one reason. This place is kind've heard to find. It is on the 2nd floor and has no sign. I think it is above the royal palm hotel. If you ask around, the other hotels will point you in the right direction. Lastly I hope that this hotel organizes its contact methods. I sent 2 emails and contacted them on facebook and never received a reply. You can find their website with a quick google search but i don't know if that is an old site with outdated info or if their systems aren't aligned properly.

Местоположение отличное!!! И это все !!
Отель на одну ночь, не больше, но отличное местоположение!!! Нашли мы его с большим трудом т.к. Нигде нет таблички с названием отеля. Искали долго , пока местные не позвонили в отель и нас не встретили

Room not clean
Room was not clean and had to ask the staff for cleaning. Staffs were nice but the sanitation was not up to the rated expectation.
