This is the nearest hotel to the wedding event. Wasn't expecting much so it worked out well for us. Staff were polite and accomodating. Room was basic and all neccesities were provided. If you need ironing kit, do call their housekeeping. There are shops within the building if you walk towards the side of the reception - Secret Recipe, Subway, Minimart and 7-Eleven across the carpark. Had a good view at the rooftop where most bars and swimming pool is at. Great view of the sunrise. Overall, was a good stay.

The property (Hotel & Mall) must have been nice when built, but now it is in a state of complete neglect. Many shops in the adjoining mall have closed down and the hotel is deserted with minimal staff at Reception and no Bell Boys or any other staff. Coffee Shop is closed down …
The hotel is conveniently located for the visit to the KL office.

The room we were allocated on level 12 had seen better days. Firstly, the card access door lock had major issues were the alarm kept going off at the slightest misalignment of the door latch and catch. I've had to slam the door close to deactivate the alarm and this would definitely not go down well for the other guests on the same level.
Secondly, the basin wasn't draining fast enough and this caused ponding in the basin. The toilet flushing at times wasn't strong and we've had to flush several times to clear the sewage. Finally, the shower head holder was no longer secured to the wall as the screw plugs were loose.
I've left a note about the faults in the room and I'm hoping the room service attendants would pick them up and report to the management.
Otherwise, the hotel location is great in USJ as it is close to Main Place shopping centre. There are also an array of food / convenience stores and two pharmacies across the hotel. Staff are friendly and obliging when we requested to change our rooms.

F&B teams are terrible - not friendly nor not working
The teams all group in the kitchen. Whereas when asked to change the milk (finished), not even done
The roof - not clean at all and No buffet but a lousy nasi lemak which seem to be microwave serve.
It's a repeated stay in this hotel. Nothing much to add on.

Perhaps hotel management can consider to put a bigger closet inside the hotel room. The current one is too small, definitely not for guests who come with family.
